Ms. Rachlin-Ross's 25 years of experience within the design and construction profession gives her the skills to effectively manage all aspects of a project. Her expertise extends from strategic planning and preliminary design to the oversight of major construction and facilities management projects. Deborah's academic credentials include interior design, business management and construction management.

With K2PM from 1999 to present, Deborah has managed over 28 million square feet including facility planning, space programming, design and construction of corporate, financial, entertainment, media and telecommunications projects. Current and recent projects include ABC/Disney, Game Show Network, Kodak Theatre, Paramount Pictures, Lionsgate, Deluxe Laboratories, MTV Networks, Relativity Media and Summit Entertainment.

Deborah was a founding partner and Vice President of ONSITE, a full-service interior design/project management firm. Deborah was responsible for all client account activity, marketing and project management from 1990-1999. Deborah retained on-cal contracts with the State of California OREDS Walt Disney Imagineering, Bank of America and Trammell Crow Company. In her capacity as a project manager, Deborah completed major projects including and 865,000 square foot data center and corporate headquarters for Bank of America, a 220,000 square foot regional headquarters and production facility for MTV Networks in Santa Monica; and a 165,000 square foot research and development facility for Walt Disney Imagineering in Burbank. Her additional experience with Bank of America includes the renovation of a 450,000 square foot call center in Pasadena, and various cash and critical data centers throughout the northern and southern California region.

As Sr. Managing Director of an Architectural firm from 1984 to 1990, Deborah was responsible for marketing and business development. Deborah's development and implementation of a strategic business plan increased the firm's production and profitability in excess of 30% over a one-year period.

She has a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University in Environmental Design & Construction Management. She is also a affiliate member of the American Institute of Architects, an Associate member of NCIDQ, and has been a LEED AP member since 2006.
